Congratulations to Clayton Weishuhn, the 145th Schützenkönig!

Clayton Weishuhn picture

Clayton held off fierce competition in the first two rounds from 30 other Rifle Association members.  In the final round, he captured the crown with a near-perfect score of 35 out of 36.  As tradition holds, Clayton is shown here with his crown of cedar.  He's being lifted high, three times, by his father, Dave and brother, Cullen.

Clayton continues the tradition of shooting crowns in his family.  His father, Dave Weishuhn, captured the Schützenkönig crown in 1994 and again in 2006.
